Terms of Service

1. What the service does

SniperAir is a subscription flight price-tracking and alert service. The subscriber sets up one or more alerts (departure airport(s), budget, optional destination); the service continuously compares observed prices against each route's real historical average and notifies the subscriber when a fare beats the configured discount threshold.

2. What SniperAir is not

SniperAir does not sell any flight tickets and is not a travel agency. Every alert redirects the subscriber to the original seller's or comparison site's website, outside SniperAir's technical scope.

3. No guarantee on the displayed price

The price shown in an alert reflects the price observed at the moment of collection. Between that moment and when the subscriber checks it, the actual price offered by the third-party seller may have changed, up or down: SniperAir never guarantees the availability or accuracy of the displayed price at the time of booking.

4. Subscriber account

Each subscriber is responsible for keeping their password confidential. Passwords are never stored in plain text (always hashed).

5. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
