1. Data we collect

SniperAir collects only what's strictly necessary to run the service: email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and the search preferences you set in your alerts (airports, budget, destination).

2. Hosting

Data is hosted within the European Union.

3. Security (GDPR Article 32)

All communications are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are always hashed. Access to subscriber data is restricted to a limited number of internal roles (support, analyst, accounting), each confined strictly to what their role requires.

4. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to run the service and is deleted upon account-deletion request.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, which you can exercise from your account or by simple request.
